I have a 3 L4D2 servers and an TF2 server and I have to say their service is top notch!!!!!

Support is fast and fixed the first time and billing issues are taken care or promptly without issue!!

I have recently gotten an MoHawk voice server from VS and I cant wait to use it if is as good as every other service.

Glad to hear you're loving your L4D2 servers, and I'm sure you'll enjoy the Mohawk Voice client as well.
