In the event of regional network problems, Velocity engineers can route effected customers around the issue in just minutes. While customers of other providers continue to suffer, Velocity clients will continue to frag - lag free. Our engineering team constantly works to ensure that our networks run as smoothly as possible.
In the rare event where our network fails, policies are in place that protect our customers. If your service uptime falls below 99.99% due to network and/or hardware related issues you will be issued credits on your next month of service. Those credits range from a reduction in your next billing cycle to an entire month free! Should your service be offline due to a network/hardware failure for a period greater than two hours, your next invoice will be credited 25%. Should the period extend beyond twelve hours your next month is 50% off. If you are without service for more than 24 hours we will happily provide a 100% credit, making your next month completely free! We stand behind our products.
With plans to extend our already expansive US based presence to the global market, Velocity is your world wide partner. The European market is the next outlet for the Velocity brand - European offerings begin before quarter two 2009 and will start with Amsterdam Netherlands. Clients can expect the same high quality services and connectivity US customers have come to expect in Europe by mid 2009! International growth will remain our focus through the remainder of 2009 as we add Tokyo Japan to our locations list.
